Jacket cooling OVN11 Eramet Porsgrunn

SPOT AS was selected as the supplier of the cooling water system for Furnace 11 at Eramet Porsgrunn – a precise and time-critical assignment carried out during the scheduled shutdown in spring 2021.

SPOT AS has been awarded the contract to fabricate and install a new cooling water system for Furnace 11 at Eramet Norway Porsgrunn, as part of the company’s maintenance and upgrade program.

The delivery includes piping systems ranging from DN15 to DN300, executed in 316L stainless steel, and is part of the new jacket cooling system designed to ensure effective temperature control and stable furnace operation.

The installation is being carried out during the scheduled maintenance shutdown in spring/summer 2021 and requires precise planning and execution within a tight timeframe.
